Rove prices seem quite good and we liked the furniture when it arrived. But the process of getting it here was difficult. Delivery window on day of delivery was 9a.m. to 1 p.m. and they didn't arrive until after 3. Had to call the shipper multiple times to arrange delivery and the wait time on every call was long. The chairs we ordered were very light and UPS shipment should have been possible. For sure, it would have been a more pleasant experience.
