Easy purchase; price for white glove service looks too high; however, normal service would have required the woman of the house to go into the truck and somehow take a heavy piece of furniture out! Not a fair choice; an extra $200 to carry the pieces into the house and take boxes away is too high in my view.

We're glad that you found our online checkout efficient and easy to use! As noted in our store policy and during check-out, all Standard deliveries within Canada will be a curbside delivery service. We appreciate that some of our customers desire additional delivery services so we are happy to offer a White Glove option for delivery that includes interior placement, light assembly, and removal of packaging. We understand your concern regarding the higher price of White Glove service for delivery, and have improved these fees over the past year by introducing a new flat rate fee of $268 for each order. Unfortunately our third party carriers must have insurance to bring items inside a building, as well as additional staff and tools to facilitate interior placement and assembly. Due to these additional aspects the cost the carrier charges for White Glove is higher than a Standard delivery and is unfortunately not something we have control over.
