The buying experience using the website was great, as was getting samples overnight-ed for free so we could choose the right color and materials for us. The bed, whilst an absolute pain to assemble (there are a lot of retention screws), looks and feels great. Quite happy with the design and construction, only some slight sanding needed on the slats.

The reason for only three stars is because the shipping by Ceva Logistics was horrible. Whilst they aren't part of Rove Concepts, they do provide shipping for Rove Concepts. The issue I had was being called up and scheduling a delivery for a Friday morning, between 10 am and 1 pm, so I stayed home to receive it. Got a call at 10 am delivery day stating the package didn't make it to the local delivery depot (even though their tracking stated it arrived the night before) and they would have to call me Saturday to reschedule for Monday morning. Saturday, I received no call. Monday afternoon, I received a call and they scheduled me in for Tuesday between 10 am and 1 pm. 11 am, driver calls stating they will be there within an hour. Two hours later they finally showed up. The delivery guys were careful enough and put the package inside as I asked, but they were late. Ceva Logistics is an awful delivery firm and they make me really reconsider using Rove Concepts for future furniture. Shame, because the furniture itself is pretty good.
