wouldn't shop with again

Very accommodating when placing the order (Lasse coffee table). It was odd, when I ordered the item, it said ready for despatch, when I applied the extra Memorial Day 15% discount, it then said it would come from another warehouse requiring an additional 5-10 days (or similar). I brought this up with the customer service team and was advised it would be looked in to. Items arrived in expected timeframe, definitely didn't appear to be new new (givern the additional delivery time, it was probably a return from their US warehouse where it came from). The packing wasn't as clean as you would expect, very dusty and the clear bags the leg poles were in were definitely not new. My guess is it was a returned item that they ship out to the extra discount orders. The frame of the table didn't fix flush to the top, there was a bow in the frame, I adjusted all the screws several times to no avail. It was also too big for my space. I paid $89 shipping to my condo reception (Article charge $49 into your room of choice) , I knew I was responsible for shipping if a return was required. And it was, naively I thought it would cost the same. Ah no, it's $163 to use same courier for same items. Obviously Rove has a great rate with FedEx. I asked Rove if they could assist with return shipping at their rate, at my expense. The answer was no, and I was reminded of the buyers remorse policy. So I spent over $240 on a table I don't have. Downfall of online shopping I guess. Try Article, Structube or Wayfair, they're way more willing to help for any requirement. Articles service is amazing!

If our products come in anything less than perfect condition we want to hear about it!
