Delivery took a very long time and was poorly coordinated/communicated. The product is just ok; not as high quality I expected for the price. The couch itself is quite firm.

We can see that your order was placed on June 20th and delivered on July 12th, so was delivered within our 7-16 business day lead time quoted upon purchase. Our sofas are a medium firmness to provide the optimum balance of both support and comfort, but these will soften up slightly over time and use!
