I give Rove Concepts 5 stars because of their extraordinary customer satisfaction policy. I bought a Nilsson TV stand. It was expensive and it unfortunately arrived damaged. Without argument of any kind, Rove send me another brand new one. Rove did not charge me. Rove did not have me ship the damaged one back and instead let me keep it.
