We received a damaged Truman Coffee …

We received a damaged Truman Coffee Table and when I requested a refund I was told that it would be considered a buyers remorse and that I will be required to pay for the shipping of the item in original form. Additionally I came to find the same coffee table at a lower price advertised on the site a week after my order and they refused to price match their own lower price.

We're very sorry that your order was received with minor damage to one corner of the Truman Coffee Table upon delivery. We were happy to immediately offer to replace the damaged part of the item for you, but as you inquired about instead returning the whole order that option would be treated as a regular Buyer's Remorse return. Unfortunately we are unable to adjust pricing beyond 72 hours of an order being placed as per our Store Policy.
