The wait time on the phone for a member of the sales staff was minimal and the salesperson was courteous, kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and patiently waited while I fished around in my brain for anything I may have forgotten to ask. The ordering process was fast and painless and I look forward to receiving my furniture.
