The delivery man dropped one of my night stands in front of me and when I opened the package the night stand had been damaged. I immediately contacted Rove Concepts customer service and I was assisted by James. He was so kind! He sent me a replacement night stand AND let me keep the damaged one too. The bed and night stands I ordered are GORGEOUS and the quality is unlike anything I've ever had. I'm so happy I was able to invest in this purchase. I know such brilliant quality is going to last me a very long time.
