Delivery not great
Items are nice, service is reasonable. My expectations of delivery prior to ordering and the actual delivery date are completely different. I almost didn't order due to the wait time of up to 14 weeks. This is poor compared to other places I looked at. The price is the reason I went for this product, I just hope it arrives before 14 weeks.

All custom orders have an estimated lead time of 8-14 weeks due to being custom made from scratch at our exclusive production facilities, shipped to our North American warehouse, and then being delivered to our customers. This is shown on the product page and again at check out so that our customers are fully aware of this time line.
