As many of our products have up to 30+ colour options in different materials we unfortunately are not able to keep every single one in-stock at our warehouses. While we strive to keep as many popular colours in-stock as possible, any option selected that is not in-stock will be a custom order that is made from scratch at our production facilities. Due to being custom made overseas and then shipped to our warehouse a custom order has a lead time of 8-14 weeks to accommodate these processes, which is shown on the product page and confirmed in further detail at check out. Due to being custom made these products are not returnable as we do not offer them in-stock. Sometimes due to excess stock some colours/materials may be reduced below other options, or different materials may have different price points such as Boucle Wool vs Leather due to material costs.
