There was no estimate in shipping shown …
There was no estimate in shipping shown at the checkout page for the $19 shipping. The more info just described it as accessories only. Also - why is shipping so expensive?

While your shopping cart will automatically show our Standard shipping as the default estimate, this is updated once you enter check out, with accessory purchases under $200 offering a lower flat rate shipment.
