I had a few questions before committing to spend what, for me at least, was a significant sum of money on a sofa I'd only seen a (different) version of in the showroom. The help desk was fast, informative and incredibly pleasant. I also had some fairly awkward delivery requests and they were all handled without issues. The sofa itself is wonderful - solid construction, comfortable, visually appealing and will be a mainstay in my home for years. Would happily highly recommend rove.
