The Rove team has been very responsive and helpful. Rove, on its own, deserves 5 stars. I only gave 4 because their shipping partners are dreadful.

Both shipping companies (that I worked with) infrequently updated their online tracking. So I had to call them and ask, and then call Rove when I wouldn't hear an answer. One of my items sat in a warehouse for 1.5 weeks. I called the warehouse every day, and when someone finally picked up, they said, "Oh, yeah, it's broken so a replacement has to be sent out." I mean, shouldn't the shipping co taken care of that on its own a week ago?

Other items sat too, but for much shorter durations because I learned my lesson the first time & asked Rove to nag them. It still took 4-5 days for someone to arrange a delivery.

Again, Rove is great. No hesitations there. But if you're in a hurry to receive your items, like I was, you better have them on speed dial so that they can keep tabs & push the shippers on your behalf.
