very nice representatives. Not crazy about their return policy. They should be more lenient as they do not have an actual brick and motor store in the US (in major cities anyway). So on their knock offs - it is difficult to determine whether it would be sufficient enough or better to go with an original. Still waiting to get my chairs and hoping they will be satisfactory. will repost when I get them.
