Still waiting for my order after more then a month

Before I ordered 2 different types of chaires and was informed one was back ordered but then after I order I get a note both chaires are back order.
This was at the end of august and I still don't have my chairs yet.
I asked if the courrier can contact me when the chairs come but I get a not saying they won't call and I need to be there to unload the chairs...

Now, my link to review my order doesn't work each time I put password and user name never works. I asked for new password a few times and does not work.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion with your order. When multiple items are purchased in an order they are shipped out together when all items have arrived to our warehouse. This is noted in the shopping cart before purchase and again on the received invoice. If our customers would like certain items to arrive earlier we can always arrange this by having separate orders placed, or by splitting the existing order and processing an additional shipment fee. We're glad to see that even though your pre-order date was estimated to be November 8th, stock was received earlier than expected and your order has been prepared for shipment this week!
