I ordered a Nico Sofa from this store. I had to wait 4 months to get the sofa. I was hoping this would be an indication of how good the sofa was going to be. The customer service was ok and the delivery was good (although expensive). The quality of the sofa however leaves to be desired. I had my previous sofa for 10 years and it still looked like new when I decided to replace it. It had maintained its shape perfectly. The Nico Sofa does not maintain its shape well. It's already looking saggy on one side (the pillow you sit on and the arm pillow). The fabric is also not great quality, as it pills and snags very easily. I am already staring to look into how much it would be to get it slipcovered or something, which I shouldn't be doing after only 5 months. I don't see this lasting 10 years like my previous sofa did, and I wish I had purchased something else. I should add it's been used 99% by only one person, so it hasn't even been subjected to a lot of wear or heavy weight. It is a firm sofa when you sit on it. Not super comfortable, but my main disappointment is with the shape (due to the filling they used) and fabric quality, especially given the price I paid.
