Beautiful products but poor online experience
Products look beautiful and so does the site. Unfortunately, the site is painfully slow, there are often loading errors, the cart becomes empty etc. It's especially difficult on mobile and it's hard to find crucial information, such as delivery times, availability etc. For that reason, I even passed on a couch and rug. Just ordered a few furniture items and accessories, so will have to wait to give a review about the delivery and the product themselves.
