We love our chairs
We love our chairs. They were easy to put together and are great quality. My only negative would be that post-purchase the communication in terms of processing and shipping my order was insufficient. Once i was able to get a hold of customer service, the issues were promptly dealt with however. The shipping took longer than i would've liked, but we are in Toronto, so I understand some items may be coming quite a distance...More transparency around delivery dates and processing (more communication as a whole) would've made this 3-star a 5!

We always make sure to clearly state the estimated lead time for our products on our website, at check out, and on invoices, so our customers know what to expect. We can see that shipment notifications were sent to you directly by email, first when your order was transferred to our Canadian warehouse, and again with tracking details once it had shipped.
