Great items / Bad Transport logistics

This review would be a 5 stars if the shipping experience had been better ;
After calling them to get an update on ETA , they assured me I would get a phone call before they arrive as I had big items (console and 4 dining chairs) . The driver called me ... when he got no answer at my door as I did not expect him that day .
No helper also to unload the truck .
Items are very nice .
Quality/price is ok . With good care , those should last a while .
Sadly won't be buying there unless they get some other transport company . Rarely seen such a botched transit system ( from logistics to truck fleet and personnel)

For all furniture orders that are delivered by freight carrier, our third party carriers call the customer to schedule a delivery appointment so we are unsure why this did not occur for your delivery. We sincerely apologize and will be investigating to ensure this is prevented in the future.
