Great online shopping experience and easy to use interface. Prices are very good for the quality of the furniture, especially if you can catch a discount. I haven't set up the furniture yet, but it looks pretty simple from the videos that they post online. Be aware that you have to pay shipping costs both ways.

I contacted customer service twice, and they responded within two days. The first time I requested to change the shipping date, and it was processed really easily. However, the second time I contacted Rove it did not go very smoothly. I asked about a rug in one of the stock photos on the website. The responses I got were short, curt, and unhelpful. I've never tried calling.
