However, it was unfortunate that the live chat feature wasn't really "live", but just provided the option to send an email.

I also didn't know, after selecting a product, that pickup in the Vancouver region was an option. It looked like it was a standard $89 shipping charge, and I only noticed the pickup option after calling customer service.
