I really like the design of rove concept's products. I cannot comment on the quality yet because I just received them. they look great and sturdy, but we will see how they will perform in long run.
Customer service was good. There was a stain the headboard of my bed which after contacting the customer service we resolved the problem.
Overall very good experience.
P.S. I was very impressed by their packaging.
