Found the coffee table on Saturday online, tried live chat to see if there was any inventory of this at the Vancouver Showroom. After 5 minutes of no response I called the number (provided on chat reply) and received a quick answer. I was informed the coffee table was at the Showroom to view and 5 were on preorder to the warehouse. Unfortunately this table was not at the Showroom when I went later that day, but the employees did point us in the direction of a couple of products made from the same material. I ordered this product online and livechat was quick to respond and let me know how remove the delivery fee due to picking up the item at the warehouse. Looking forward to adding this piece of furniture to our place!
