their quality .. the site is fantastic and you navigate amazingly great and the customer service a special person named Janice. my goodness. i felt i had my own advisor/consultant, writing and answering in detailed emails her answers as I am based in NYC and they are in Vancouver.. I cannot wait to receive my lovely things and the White Glove service as they provide will be great to have them to place all in order in my own home.. thank you again.. i just hope that they will arrive in few days... as they were were in stock and again the customer service explained one by one the products and all.. forgot to mention when you call the customer service you get immediately a person , a real person on telephone line.... thank you !
