Ordered small items
Ordered small items. Delivery was fairly slow (1 week) compared to large-scale online shopping but not urgent so I didn't really care--- just an observation. Had some minor issues with FedEx delivery as the shippers marked the packages as "signature required". This is a good practice for higher value items but a bit of a hassle for my items that totaled less than $50. The shipment was split into 2 packages and the packages had different requirements-- one I was able to re-route to a FedEx location for pickup (since I wouldn't be home to sign), the other I was unable to re-route due to shipper restrictions. Ultimately I got everything, it all was in great shape and as presented so I am happy. It was just a bit of a hassle with the split delivery and differing restrictions the shippers chose with FedEx. Additionally I emailed customer service to see if the one package could be re-routed. They were quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. I can't say if they would've been able to fix the issue because FedEx delivered late when someone was at home but they were very willing to try for sure.
