The site was easy to navigate and the product lines were cleverly sorted. I ordered swatches that arrived within 24 hours which was incredibly helpful. I still had a further question and a customer service representative sent me a picture they took in the showroom of the product pairing I was interested in.

I would have been happy to give 5 stars except the website glitched right when I tried to process the order and I had to fill out all the fields again and re-process. I know this a small detail but it's just enough to make a person open up their banking information to verify multiple transactions didn't take place. It hadn't but still made me go look anyways.

All and all a pretty good experience though.
