Went online to make a purchase;

Went online to make a purchase;
1. Website was incredibly slow to load. Went to another site and had no problem with it so do believe it was Rove.
2. Searched Metal Planters and the items came up but when clicked on them they took you to new items. They should say unavailable if something is unavailable. Emailed to ask about them and was told they are unavailable.
3. Tried to pay however my credi card was not accepted. Never have a problem with my credit card. Called your line, tried again, they told me would have to call my credit card to let them know to approve a purchase from Rove. Called AMEX. Called your line back, left a message, someone called me back and completed. All in all an hour ordeal to make a purchase. Painfully.
4. Really like your product and everyone we dealt with was lovely but the little glitches should be worked out and it would be a good experience. Was so close to walking away from the purchase all together.
