I really like the style of Rove …

I really like the style of Rove Concepts products. Quality is decent. However, I had a really bad experience with shipping. Several items arrived damaged and had to be either refused altogether or held until they could send replacements. Not all replacements were available. They were fair with offering some discounts to compensate for extra wait time and inconvenience. It was just an unusual amount of items that arrived damaged so there was a lot of hassle. I do think they handled it as professionally as possible. It was likely more of an issue with the shipping company itself than it was with Rove Concepts as a company. I gave them the feedback several times that they should use a different freight company that truly does deliver on the "white glove delivery" as promised.
