Just custom ordered the "Hugo" Sectional so I cannot comment on the quality of the product as of yet. Customer service however has been great so far... very prompt in their replies to my inquiries (of which I had many) ... love the "live chat" option on their website... they replied within seconds! I had also ordered fabric swatches on 2 separate occasions & both times received them within 4 - 5 days! My only negative would be the very long (20 week) delivery time for custom orders. Hopefully it will be worth the wait...
