Customer Service ISSUES
I found the company online. I had never heard of the company.... I see it is based out of Canada...and honestly it was concerning to purchase furniture on a website out of the US....but my daughter was looking for a particular blue velvet that we could not find at any of the US furniture stores so she pushed me to order from Rove.
We had several issues with customer service in placing the order and it made me nervous. I had hoped that this would be the end of it.
We have now received the sofa less one center leg. I called customer service and told them once it was delivered. At first they told me the leg wasn't necessary but I was clear I wanted the couch as pictured on the website which had the center leg. (The sofa has a hole for the leg) I received a "replacement leg" and it is a metal silver leg vs. the wooden legs which are on the sofa.....and not at all as pictured on the website. It looks ridiculous.
