Chair arrived gouged and scratched - no voucher
Chair arrived. Has scratches, hazing, and a gouge in the top - right out of the packaging. Unfortunately, I already assembled it. So now I have a crappy chair. Never shop there again.
UPDATE: Rove sent me an email stating that if I completed this survey, they would send a $25 voucher for my next purchase. They never sent it, even after I inquired.
