We love our furniture but we were a bit disappointed with the shipping. For the price point we paid we would have liked a little more support with how the items were delivered. Otherwise, very happy!

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the delivery of your order. As shown on our Store Policy page and described at checkout we have two options for delivery. Standard delivery is a threshold delivery, while White Glove delivery provides additional services of interior placement, assembly, and removal of packaging. As you selected Standard delivery the delivery team were unfortunately not insured to provide interior placement or additional services.
