Terrific product but frustrating experience

The table I ordered is terrific and I'm happy with the product; however, I did have several issues. I had issues with the shipping date. When I followed up with customer service, I was told a new shipping date and was told that was the date I was given. I sent the service agent an email with a photo of my invoice showing the date I was promised. No explanation was given and my email response was ignored until I called and spoke to a new service agent who was great.
Next, we were trying to figure out how to get the table to Toronto before the holidays as I was leaving town. In the end we decided that we'd hold the table and send it after the holidays. As we made this decision, the table was shipped. I was told if it arrived and I wasn't there it would be shipped back. This would not be an expense to me but very frustrating. As it turns out, I arrived before I left for the holidays.
Next, the table showed up without instructions and the white glove service guys couldn't figure it out. I had to call and have the instructions emailed to me. It was very frustrating and the guys were at my house for well over an hour. They would have damaged the table several times if I didn't stop them from what they were doing. I have photos as well, if you're interested.
I am happy with my product. The table is beautiful, solid and great quality. There are some kinks to be worked out on the service end of this experience.
