Buying furniture online is always a bit of a gamble, BUT I must admit that the site (and excellent customer service via phone and chat) made me feel pretty confident that the quality of the furniture will match the quality of service. Have not yet received my order, but in terms of navigating the site and dealing with 3 different customer service reps, I am very impressed with the front-end experience.
