Rove Concepts is very responsive and friendly. However, I chose White Glove Service and then got an email that says it is being shipped. But I haven't chosen a date with them. Either there is a problem with how they do the shipping or the email saying it is shipped is very unclear. I'm not even home and now who knows if it's been left on my porch.
