Noah Sectional in Modern Tweed - fabric is pilling
I have had the Noah Sectional in Modern Tweed: Dust Grey, for a little under 6 months. I really really like the design and general quality of the cushions and frame. The sections stay together and the cushions are dense and firm, which I like (I have 2 toddlers and 1 teen). The fabric doesn't wrap around the entire cushion, so you can't flip it over (there is a velcro strip under that keep the cushion is place), which might become a problem with wear over time. One negative I wasn't expecting is that the fabric began pilling soon after purchase. I just spent some time with my electric fabric de-piller. I'm wondering if ordering just new replacement cushions/covers is an option for the future, as I imagine it continuing to pill and wearing, but the frame seems like it could last indefinitely. Regarding shipping, I had specific questions about how the couch would be delivered (into my house, or just outside the door) and customer service got back to me right away with answers.
