Painful delivery process

The product is exactly as described (great) but the shipping costs and the shipping overall is quite a painful experience (tracking number not matching the one of the transporter company), add to call multiple times to get an update on my delivery date (because the transporter website was very bad). Back and forth with the transporter company.. You can’t make us pay this amount of money for such a bad shipping experience.
