Forgot to ship my order

Very poor communications (actually, none) regarding order status on recent order. I had to call to find out the order status and then learned that the product had been in the warehouse for a while and they had forgotten to ship it. Otherwise, the products are terrific and the web site is perfectly adequate but nothing special.
