I just bought a sofa.
To help with the decision process, I enjoyed the fact that:
- I was able to receive free swatches from Rove on the next day,
- see large pictures on the web site from multiple angles,
- and look at an accurate sketch showing the shape and the dimensions of the sofa I picked.
All this was very helpful, and looked very professional and customer's satisfaction oriented.
