Beautiful pieces, poor installation instructions, bad service!
Purchased a bed frame from them. It was beautiful but difficult to assemble. The instructions were lacking and when we tried to contact them because the steel frame was stuck for lack of instruction, they did not respond. There was a video on how to assemble the product but the parts were different from the one we were given.
