I'm happy to share my good experience with Rove as I had some reservations prior to placing the order, based on reviews posted to yelp and other outlets. Rove stayed in touch during the shipping process and assisted when our local delivery hit some hurdles -- apparently I hadn't measured that elevator clearance quite right! All in all, a very pleasant experience.
