Beautiful products all around. Some of my order was damaged via shipping and handling and Rove Concepts amended the problem perfectly. They provided a discount to cover cost of repairs for what could be fixed, and a full refund for what was unable to be repaired. While it was a bit of a hassle to deal with, Rove Concepts made me whole and I feel comfortable ordering from them again in the future.
