Our Marcus table arrived with a small chip in the wooden leaf insert. I emailed Rove and got a very fast response, offering me the choice of either a discount on the product or a replacement piece. When I decided on a replacement leaf, they arranged it quickly and had it shipped right to my door. Excellent service, and we love the table!
