We are completely happy with the quality of the couch we ordered from Rove Concepts (the Sophia Sectional) - it is made of high-quality materials and is priced very competitively. We were also happy with the seamless nature of the shipping process - they showed up exactly when they said they would and were professional and quick about their work. The only concerns we had were with installing the legs, which required quite a bit of handiwork with power tools. To provide a sense of how difficult this process was, the base of the couch snapped one of our drill bits as we drilled pilot holes for the couch - not great. (I might recommend pre-drilled pilot holes to assist those with less prowess or access to power tools). While that portion of our experience was challenging, Rove's customer service was extremely understanding and provided a discount to compensate us for our efforts. All in all, we would certainly recommend Rove Concepts to anyone looking for higher end furniture at a competitive price point.
