The gentleman who delivered our couch were the most polite and thorough ever.
Unfortunately the leg of the couch had a scuff. Upon contacting west elm, we were reimbursed shipping costs and they replaced our leg with one that had in house. Three managers were involved and resolved the issue within hours. Excellent couch and customer service.
