Rove Review:

Rove seems like a GOOD company selling DECENT products and, to be trying to GENUINELY please their customer base.

However, their internal and customer communications and follow-up need attention.

I had to go through extra communications and follow-up with Rove because they provided inadequate follow-up information of their own with me after a number of phone conversations regarding my initial purchase inquiry and my actual purchase order.

They were out of stock and did not follow up... twice!

Details of long delivery time were in the air.

However, other than actual product colour that does not appear on delivery as it does on the Rove website, the product purchased is of excellent build quality and, all required components appeared to be included and in excellent condition.

The 2 "white glove" service people who delivered and assembled the purchased product were congenial, efficient and generally competent.

After, minimal experience with my purchase, I can say that, I'm pleased with the product quality overall.

Your emailed invoice showed a pre-order date of March 9th, and as this incoming stock arrived a few days early to our warehouse was shipped on March 5th. We are happy to hear that the delivery experience and quality of the products exceeded your expectations. If there is a discrepancy with the colour you received versus what was ordered we always want to investigate this issue so would be grateful if you could provide photos so that we can take a look.
