Good furniture, a bit pricey for the materials, bad shipping
Let me start out by saying that the furniture is very good looking.
However, it is pricey and the store does not have price match guarantee for even 30 days. Soon after I purchased, the price dropped (within a week), before I even received the furniture.
The logistics of the shipment was a mess. They took down my telephone number incorrectly and after I called 6-7 that they finally rectified my telephone number situation and even at that point, the proper number was not registered in the system.
The delivery was supposed to take place at a particular date between window hours, and they did not arrive. Upon asking the reason, I was given a "I don't know, it was just simply not shipped".
I contacted Rove at this point and they settled the situation finally.
Aside from the shipment, I am happy with the product thus far.
