I find the pricing model they use misleading and untrustworthy with a few surprises - one price shown to draw you in and another when you start the actual purchase process. I just bought a sectional - I almost didn't but had spent a lot of time deciding -after making a buy decision about $250 more was added to the price and shipping estimate (one uptick for a fabric option "upgrade" (but there was only 1 choice!) and the shipping "estimate" was, get this, under-estimating (big surprise) ---though, the shopping cart knew (knows) what was (is) in it, virtually speaking. The shipping price is related to $s in the cart (known, and subject to fine print which - who reads while shopping) and then bumps up or down depending on the amount paid (the more you pay for an item the more they charge to ship it which seems odd) and the almost double for rural deliveries (this was not me).
Clearly a classic bait (to get you to make a buy decision) and switch (increase price after the bait). And, sure, I could have said no - I write this for the benefit of other shoppers - beware - the price on Rove is not the price until you click through two steps after the shopping cart. Caveat Emptor.
