Ordered 4 beautiful dining room chairs (Skin chairs). After I placed the order, I noticed that there was a 15% off coupon on the top of the website. I sent a live chat to a service rep right on the Rove website. Someone named Kristina got right back to me. She looked into it and less than 5 minutes later issued a refund for the 15%. Awesome! The chairs haven't come in yet, but if they're as nice in person as they look on the website, we'll be over the moon happy!
